RESPONSIBILITY:

Europewide customer service and acquisition of new customers
Calculation and tracking of offers
Budget planning and preparation of forecasts
Market companion
Observation
Technical support of customers, especially with the introduction of new gasket models in the automotive sector
Project management
Complaint processing
Ensuring ontime deliveries

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Previous experience in the automotive industry will be a huge advantage
Driving licence class B
Ability to explain and sell technical and complex products
Technical college or university degree with a focus on business administration or mechanical engineering
Fluent in written and spoken English and German
Knowledge of Japanese is an advantage, but not a must
Ability to persist in challenging environment
Strong communication and negotiation skills
