The Opportunity

Would you like to grow your skills in Project Management in a People & Culture context?

In this role, you will get to make crucial impact on the overall employee life cycle through your active involvement in strategic projects such as driving and enhancing Learning & Development programmes, owning some internal communication topics such as the People Newsletter.

You will join an international People & Culture team and work closely with our People Business Partners, who are at the centre of ensuring an authentic, world-class employee experience at NavVis.

How you will make an impact

  • You will be responsible for consolidating information and updates to create content for our monthly People Newsletter
  • Apart from coordinating our existing Learning & Development programmes, you will take ownership of identifying new opportunities and communicating with internal and external trainers
  • You will also actively contribute to improving and preparing for our employee engagement surveys
What will help you succeed in the role

  • You have inprogress studies in Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, HR or a similar field
  • With some previous experience in HR or Project Management, you can get quickly familiar with our processes and tasks
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English will enable you to create engaging and impactful content, as well as communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
