Job Description:
Your focus will be on leadership, coaching, and development of a 20-person team consisting of experienced colleagues and ambitious young professionals responsible for the 4 pillars of our Sales department: Account Management, Customer Happiness, Partner Management and Business Development.

- taking responsibility for leading, coaching and developing the sales team.
- helping the team focus on defined priorities while motivating them to exceed their goals.
- sharing your years of sales experience and the best techniques and tricks with your team to develop them further.
- proactively improving the sales strategy, initiating appropriate developments and implementing necessary measures to reach targets.
- joining your team in winning Enterprise clients
- mentoring in client presentations and processing proposals
- reporting and performance tracking of all sales activities, including defining, monitoring, and improving relevant KPIs and OKRs.
- presenting ecosio as a speaker at fairs and exhibitions, participating in high-level meetings with opinion leaders and transporting impulses from the market internally.
Qualifications:
To connect with ecosio it is important to have
- several years of professional experience in SaaS B2B sales
- broad managerial experience with a proven track record in global growth and change management.
- Internationalisation experience in a fastgrowing and continuous changing environment
- a strategic mindset with the ability to define, present and execute long-term oriented strategies.
- SFDC experience
And nice to have...
- a degree in business administration or business informatics (university or college).
- a large business network, including companies in the SaaS and ERP environment.
- a good technical understanding and the ability to explain IT concepts and technical aspects on a high level.
- experience and interest in the EDI industry.
