Deine Rolle in unserem Team:

Aufbereitung und Aktualisierung von Vorlagen, sowie von technischen Reports und Protokollen
Erstellung und Pflege von Terminplänen sowie Vor

- und Nachbereitung von Meetings und Schulungen

Kommunikation mit Kunden und WIOSS Teams
Erstellung von Präsentationen, Berichten, Auswertungen und Reports
Management und Pflege von Werkzeuginventar, des bereichsinternen Lagers und Verwaltung der Verbrauchsmaterialien
Nachverfolgung und Dokumentation von Protokollen, Berichten und der Verwaltung dieser
Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten

Du passt gut zu uns mit:

kaufmännischer Berufsausbildung, z. B. Industriekaufleute (m/w/d) oder Bürokaufleute (m/w/d), alternativ einer technischen Ausbildung mit kaufmännischem Interesse
Technikaffinität

- guten bis sehr guten MS-Office

Kenntnissen sowie SAP-Kenntnissen

- guten Englischkenntnissen

Kommunikationsstärke, Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Engagement
