Chief Financial Officer - Germany (Remote)

We support retailers, service providers, cities and municipalities in the digitized implementation of online and offline vouchers.

What's next for us:

After three years of ongoing success and company growth we are now looking to scale up and take KeepLocal to the next stage, we have some exciting Series A funding rounds coming up and are looking for an exceptional Chief Financial Officer to join, work directly with the CEO & be a key stakeholder in taking the business to the next level.

Your tasks:

Shape the further growth path as CFO
Active role in the implementation of financing rounds
Investor Negotiations
Strategic financial planning for the further development of the business model,
Operational financial planning, monthly and annual financial statements
Stakeholder management (investors, regulators, auditors)
Direct liaison with investment partners to ensure that the business portfolio remains robust with tangible results over the coming months and years

- * Ensuring compliance with any regulations (stat/tax)

Hiring and developing an Operations and Finance team.
Assist in Financial software / ERP implementation
Oversight of the entire Finance function

Your Experience

Experience in preparing Start-Ups or Scale-Ups for fundraising rounds
Experience taking a company through the fundraising stages
Experience working with Seed to Growth
Network of international investors (VCs, CVCs, etc.)
Companies successfully built and scaled, ideally startups or SMEs
Proven ability to develop and implement systems and processes to increase business clarity.
Proven leadership in finance.
German business fluent
Business fluent in English

Desirable but not essential:

BaFin qualification
Banking License
Fintech background

Your profile:

Extremely strong communication skills.
