Tasks

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to our Rechtsanwalt with a focus on Dutch legal matters
Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents, correspondence, and contracts in Dutch
Conduct legal research and gather relevant information pertaining to Dutch laws and regulations
Collaborate with the Rechtsanwalt in managing and organizing legal files and documentation
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and court appearances
Liaise with clients and external parties, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
Contribute to the development and automation of legal processes within the Legal Tech framework

Requirements:

Requirements:

Bachelor's or master's degree in management careers or related fields, students in the field are also welcome
Fluent in Dutch (both written and verbal); proficiency in German or English
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
Proactive mindset and ability to work independently and as part of a team
