We're excited to offer a new position as Production Assistant for the German office in Stuttgart.


Responsibilities:


  • Support show production team, especially Coordinators in meeting organisation
  • Set up hardware and materials for client meetings
  • Responsible for all incoming and outgoing material, from ingestion to delivery
  • Updating show team about received material and making sure the material gets handed over to the respective departments
  • Support Coordinator in dailies preparations and organisation of any related meeting room bookings

Job qualifications:


  • Previous work experience in VFX production is a plus
  • Degree in VFX or film related studies are a plus
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Must be a detail oriented, proactive and wellorganized individual
  • Able to grow and thrive in a fastpaced environment
  • Confident and polite communicator
  • Strong interpersonal skills a must and an overall team player
