Currently we are looking for a
Creative
Director
(M/F/x) to support our Creative & Brand team in Berlin.


Your responsibilities**:


  • You are responsible for the design vision and corporate identity of the OCEANSAPART brand and evergreen campaigns
  • You provide visions and create templates with your graphic team for all campaign channels (incl. CRM, Social Paid/Owned, Youtube, Print, TV) thereby create visual concepts, storyboards and final deliverables as required
  • You lead and execute on assigned creative projects from concept to completion
and mentor and develop a team of graphic designers and motion graphic artists

  • You will be responsible for establishing and overseeing the creative vision for the conceptual design and execution of campaigns to be adapted and thoughtfully carried in a 360° approach
  • You align your work with C-Suite and advisory board, and articulate concepts with energy and enthusiasm
  • You develop concepts and art direct lifestyle productions for photo and video campaigns and be onset if needed
  • You work crossfunctionally and provide visual input on shoot concepts and campaigns, from flat lay shoots to commercial films and collaborate with other departments within Marketing to understand the final output by communication channel
  • You act as the internal creative spokesperson for all assigned projects to ensure a complete understanding of the vision of our internal and external teammates

Our requirements:


  • You have at least 810 years of experience in conceptualizing, creatively directing and designing large marketing, communications or advertising campaigns with related management experience
  • You bring at least 8 years of formal art direction experience personally leading campaigns for a brand, ideally with a focus on apparel or ecommerce
  • You have a passion for exceptional art direction, design and creative that is thoughtful, focused on storytelling and meaningful
  • You have experience with video, motion and digital design patterns preferred
proven ability to work cross-functionally

  • You have strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • You are proficient with various design tools, platforms, and versions of related software (Adobe Suite including After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign)
  • You have exceptional graphic design skills, including layout and typography
  • You speak English on a professional level
