- Du entwickelst die internen Kennzahlen und Controlling-Prozesse weiter
- Du planst und erstellst das Jahresbudget und den Forecast
- Du wirkst bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen mit
- Du erstellst Abweichungs- und Ad-hoc-Analysen
- Du erstellst regelmäßige Reportings und visualisierst die Ergebnisse
- Du führst Kostenstellen- und Kostenträger-Rechnungen durch
- Du bist Ansprechpartner für betriebs- und finanzwirtschaftliche Fragestellungen
- Du unterstützt und berätst bei Projekten
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, möglichst mit Schwerpunkt Controlling bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst idealerweise Berufserfahrung als Produktionscontroller (m/w/d) sowie in der Finanzbuchhaltung mit, engagierte Berufseinsteiger:innen sind ebenfalls willkommen
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in SAP CO/FI und sehr gute Kenntnisse im MS-Office-Paket, insbesondere in Excel
- Du zeigst ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Leistungsbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit und arbeitest strukturiert und systematisch
- Du verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Eine sichere, abwechslungsreiche und anspruchsvolle Tätigkeit
