The Ultimate Role
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and visionary leader for the role of Head of Product.

You will be stepping into a senior leadership role, tasked with guiding, coaching and mentoring a team of 4 Product Managers while helping setting the strategic direction of our product offerings together with our VP of product and Head of design.


This pivotal role provides the opportunity to work closely with leaders across the business, including Engineers, Designers, Customer Success Managers and other Department Heads.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead, mentor and inspire a team of Product Managers, providing enthusiastic coaching and mentoring on Agile and Product Management best practices and processes.
  • Develop individual career paths and growth opportunities for team members
  • Support PMs in aligning with company strategy and transforming it to discovery and delivery roadmaps. Ensure PMs have the tools and knowledge to deeply understand customer problems, make hard prioritization decisions (in accordance with company strategy) and create visibility for all necessary stakeholders.
  • Set high standards for Product processes, ensuring decisions are based on evidence and success metrics are tracked.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adoption of best practices. Strongly oriented towards goals, you ensure that teams are continuously working towards their goals and that Product Managers are held accountable for deliverables.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Product to define our product vision, strategy and setting departmental objectives.
  • Lead crossfunctional initiatives for market analysis and largescale product discoveries, translating them into actionable plans.
  • Monitor industry trends and observe competitors to inform strategic planning.
  • Facilitate companywide meetings or conduct executive product meetings with customers.
  • Utilize deep understanding of the product to manage risk, validate learnings, and make smart prioritization decisions.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a product visionary who communicates and leads effortlessly, is a structured and technical problem solver, and is ambitious about scaling a disruptive product globally


Ideal profile:

  • Extensive product management experience. Experience in managing and mentoring PMs is a big plus.
  • You have a proven track record in building and shipping B2B SaaS products. Experience with AI products is a plus.
  • You have the ability to achieve strategic goals and evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends in an innovative and fastpaced environment. Excellent problemsolving, organizational and analytical skills.
  • You're technical. Don't have to be a developer but are comfortable engaging in deep technical discussions about data, service architecture, APIs, integrations etc.
  • You lead by example, especially when executing the discovery process, defining success criteria, utilizing frameworks, and collating evidence.
  • An excellent communicator, able to articulate complex matters (whether technical, product, strategy) coherently, adopting communication style to the given audience, including a senior or extensive audience.
  • A capacity for coaching direct reports in an open, respectful, flexible, empathetic manner, using product strategy and metrics as supportive tools.
