As the Director of Category Management & Strategic Sourcing, you will lead the development of categories while working on strategic sourcing initiatives for pharmaceutical projects. You will collaborate with internal teams and suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure a robust supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Degree: Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
Experience: At least 7 years within Strategic Sourcing and Category Management across Pharma, Chemical, Cosmetics, or FMCG industries
Previous Experience: Direct and indirect procurement, ideally with leadership experience
Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry.
