Your tasks

Consulting for architects, specialist planners and building owners on the development of architectural and comfortoriented as well as sustainable overall concepts
Development of energetic overall concepts
Support in the planning of comfort requirements and design development, as well as verification according to building regulations
Energetic and sustainable specialist consulting
Building acoustics consulting
Consulting, coordinating and implementation of building physical concepts and details
Detail development in interdisciplinary cooperation with architects and other specialist planners
Conceptual requirements optimisation and coordinated elaboration of advantages and disadvantages for design support
Quality control

Profile:

Degree in an engineeringrelated field
Several years of professional experience
High motivation and willingness to perform
Competent appearance and the ability to explain complex interrelationships of planning participants in a projectspecific manner
Interest in building physics, energy and sustainability issues
Demand for qualitative, crossdisciplinary and team solutions
Excellent German language skills, written and spoken
Good English language skills and ideally in other languages
Flexibility, teamwork and communication skills
