DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ongoing accounts payable, in particular recording/processing of invoices
Payment transaction support
Ensuring correct account assignment, account reconciliation/analysis and clarification of differences
Preparation/support for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
Participation in budget planning and control of budget compliance with cost center managers
Perform targetactual deviations
Work flow/business process analysis

REQUIREMENTS:

Completed commercial education / Studies in business administration with a focus on finance/controlling or a comparable degree
First professional experience or commercial training would be an advantage Knowledge of HGB/US Gaap accounting law is an advantage
Ideally experience with the ERP software SAP would be an advantage
Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
German spoken and written as well as good knowledge of English
Responsible and teamoriented work, flexibility, good communication skills
