THE ROLE & THE TEAM:
As part of Zalando's Content Solutions Team, the Creative Strategy & Campaigns team is specialised in building creative and influential content campaigns for brand partners and internal stakeholders.
Thus, we are looking for a Creative Services Team Lead (Equivalent to Account Director / Account Management Lead at a creative/digital agency) to grow our Creative business by developing the creative services and team and to achieve long-term marketing success by offering holistic tailored solutions.
In this role you will become a key pillar of the consulting and creation team and a leader of work and people.

WHAT WE'D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING):
- Lead and develop a small team (4-5 x Project Managers) focusing on managing multiple content production projects for internal and external stakeholders
- Plan, coordinate and execute complex projects (including content production in form of images, videos, editorial etc.) and develop processes, cost frameworks and timings
- Manage day to day team management including resource allocation, prioritisation, supporting and mentoring using your excellent communication and management skills
- Optimise and organise structures, tasks, processes and frameworks to enable teams to continue effective collaboration and efficiencies
- Own and lead your own projects supporting the leadership and management operational plans and goals
- Be data savvy to take informed decisions and give direction on projects / to people, be able to evaluate project performance including the performance of people
- Facilitate communications required throughout the project lifecycle with project teams as well as senior leadership and management
- Manage project paperwork such as Scope of Work, NDAs and fulfil financial tasks on managing and tracking budgets, payments and expenses and also manage risks, issues
- Network with and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Resolve issues that can cause delays, conflicts and other challenges in meeting project requirements and be able to support with change management initiatives
- Manage crisis situations when needed and escalate issues as well as solutions to Team Leads
- Hold workshops and retrospective meetings to enable and strengthen collaboration, sharing of knowledge and ideas
- Strive to ensure the highest quality in delivery, by aligning timelines and strategies of partner brands and Zalando in the best way possible
- Working closely with fellow leads and Team leads to contribute to overall structures for success and growth of talent and team
WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF:
- 5-7+ years experience in client-facing roles as freelancer or within a creative agency or production company
- At least 23 years of experience as a leader, leading (and growing) a small team
- Knowledge in the area of content and creative production (digital, offline etc.), processes
- Experience in delivering and managing from start to finish requiring steering and communication with multiple stakeholders including external partners, suppliers
- Handson mentality, you enjoy working in a fastpaced environment dealing with many topics simultaneously and always thrive to find the best solution in the shortest possible time
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to network, collaborate and also resolve conflicts in challenging situations
- Lead by example with high standards and strong work ethics
- Have an interest in developing people, strong skills in managing various types of people/personalities
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
- An interest in keeping up to date with trends and technologies in cultural and business landscapes
- Successful completion of a degree in marketing, communication, multimedia production or similar fields
- Experience in fashion and lifestyle and digital advertising
- Fluent English necessary
