Your Role- In your function, you will provide high-quality content tailored to all relevant digital and print channels based on a journalistic, thought-provoking approach- Together with your team, comprising editors, graphic designers, translators, a photographer and videographer, you will be responsible for the professional preparation of relevant topics/storytelling in terms of content and design- You will take on tasks such as research, topic development and design on the basis of creativity paired with journalistic standards and professional writing- In your role as a manager, it will be your goal to drive and shape a creative, empowered, discerning approach to work- Moreover, you will work very closely with colleagues from the Corporate Brand & Communications department, the ZEISS strategic business units and the corporate functions of the ZEISS Group- In addition, you will lead interdepartmental communication projects.

You will report to the Head of Content & Content Strategy

Your Profile Journalistic experience both in digital and print and a keen ability to judge topics' relevance and quality- Excellent writing and the ability to prepare and communicate content precisely and in line with the target groups- Experience with coordinating and steering complex content projects- Management experience in the area of content creation and familiarity with agile methods and cooperating with virtual teams- A very good understanding of the look and feel of content, especially digital content (e.g. video)- A structured approach to your work, project management experience and experience collaborating in interdisciplinary project teams and with stakeholder management- Strong communication skills, the ability to be persuasive, and you see yourself as a team player- Fluent spoken and written English and German
