Purpose of the job

WAY People+ GmbH is your partner within the WAY Group for the placement of specialized specialists and managers in the areas of sales & marketing, training & qualification, supply chain management, events, information technology and engineering.

To support our customer - the premium automobile manufacturer
BMW (Bayerische Motoren Werke) - we are looking for a
Projektmanager Scrum Master, Build & CI (m/w/d).

Your tasks

You are the Scrum Master for our Build & CI teams who design, outline and harmonize the CI system of our development environment and the build & integration processes of our customer projects
You are an integrated part of our Scrum Team(s) and help to resolve (also technical) impediments
You guide the development team(s) on their way to adapt the agile way of working and to make it their own
You drive the standard scrum artifacts such as Sprint plannings, reviews and retrospectives
You are one of the elements in between the various teams within our large scale projects
You run workshops with the team to further improve the working mode of the team
You connect within the Scrum Master community within and outside of the core projects and contribute to our agile transition

What you bring along

University degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a similar background
Several years of professional experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach, ideallyin the Automotive industry
Ability to work in a structured, planned and methodological manner in a team of professionals
Proficient in IT in general and with the Atlassian tooling in general
Quality awareness and strong sense of responsibility
Businessfluency in English, German proficiency welcome
