    PSA BDP serves over 5,000 customers, including some of the world's leading multinational companies within the chemical, retail & consumer, life sciences & pharmaceuticals, and electric vehicle & industrial verticals.

    Your tasks:

    • Ensure that road operations support and documentation activities are carried out accurately and efficiently
    • Carry out the necessary documentation procedures and system entries relating to the load
    • Closing and archiving files completely and accurately
    • Ensure the control of income and expenses, the control of invoices through the system and the control of CMR documents from suppliers
    • Prepare the reports required by the business processes in a timely manner
    • Carry out other temporary duties as required by the Manager in other matters relating to operational support and documentation
    • Prioritize customer satisfaction
    • Prepare, present and submit regular reports to the Management
    • Carry out daily operational tasks as assigned by the Management

    Your profile:

    Graduates of relevant university departments (International Logistics, Foreign Trade, etc.)

    Excellent German/English/Turkish speaking and writing skills

    Preferably experienced in all business processes of International Road Documentation

    Documentation, system input, planning and process knowledge

    Strong coordination and reporting skills

    Ability to work in a customer focused manner

    Analytical mindset

    Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

    Strong communicator, team player and persuader

    Dynamic, able to adapt to busy working hours

    Ability to work in a team and adapt to the corporate culture

    Ability to take responsibility and initiative
