Based in Cologne, the company serves diverse needs of telecom and infrastructure providers throughout Europe. With respect to our clients, we strive for excellence and ensure high quality project delivery.


Responsibilities

  • Supervising construction teams or/and subcontractors to comply with technical standards and guidelines
  • Managing project costs, supplies and logistics
  • Delivery of the required technical documentation
  • Reaching the daily/monthly production targets
  • Managing communication between the organization and third parties

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, telecommunications, or another related technical field
  • At least 1 year of working experience in construction field
  • Good command of the German language (
    current level B1)
  • Good leadership, interpersonal & problemsolving skills
  • Ability to perform in a multitasking & fluid environment
  • EU driver's license
  • Team Player
  • Communication skills
  • Time management and organization skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to travel

Ideally you shall also have

  • Previous working experience in Germany, ideally in FTTx
  • Proven leadership record of a small team
  • Awareness of project management/IMS and reporting tools
