- Sie sind das wichtigste Bindeglied zwischen den Kunden und den anderen Interessensgruppen, daher nehmen Sie an den Baubesprechungen teil und verfassen den Schriftverkehr, der für den Fortgang der Geschäfte und der Beilegung von Streitigkeiten unerlässlich ist.
- Sie tragen die finanzielle Verantwortung für die Budgets. Budget für Arbeitsstunden auf der Baustelle, Baumaschinen und alle anderen zusätzlichen Arbeiten & Arbeitsmittel.
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Erstellung der notwendigen Berichte (Fortschritte, zusätzliche Arbeiten...), um die monatliche Rechnungsstellung vorzunehmen.
- Sie bestellen die erforderlichen Baumaschinen und alle Verbrauchsmaterialien (wie beispielsweise Stahlkonstruktionen oder Aluminiumschienen) und stellen sicher, dass diese rechtzeitig geliefert werden.
- Sie beaufsichtigen das Management und den Fortschritt der Arbeiten: Montageteams, Subunternehmen, Planung der Aktivitäten, Empfang von Werken usw.
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Anwendung der Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Umweltpolitik des Unternehmens
- Ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bauwesen oder eine gleichwertige Erfahrung.
- Erfahrungen als Bauleiter und Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Hochbau, Stahlbau und Elektrizität.
- Sie sprechen und schreiben Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und Englisch auf professionellem Niveau.
- Sie kennen sich mit der Planung und den grundlegenden Excel-Berichten aus.
- Sie verfügen über die erforderlichen Soft Skills, um Arbeitsteams zu leiten.
- Sie verfügen über klare kommunikative- und technische Fähigkeiten.
- Reisen zu den Einsatzorten sind erforderlich (Wohnsitz in Süddeutschland von Vorteil)

Innerhalb eines deutschen Teams und mit Unterstützung der französischen Teams sind Sie für die Überwachung der Arbeiten im Rahmen der festgelegten Spezifikationen zuständig.
Sie beaufsichtigen das operative Management von Montageteams und Subunternehmern (Bauarbeiten, Stahlbau,Elektrizität).
