What You Will Do

Maintain BMS structure and develop new processes to support Future of Engineering (FoE)
Decision maker and keystakeholder in crossfunctional process teams such as Product Integity, FMEA, implementation of Quality&Stability content in BMS.
Report status and progress of all Process areas to QMR and P-Owners.
Drive improvement plans with P-Owners in case of audit and assessment findings or process gaps.
Manage BMS Steering Team incl. all divisional Stakeholder
Develop process solutions for new new content/requirememts
Support System Audit team.
Support global PCN team in hardware, change management and PCN implementation strategy.

What You Need

Master in Techn. Engineering or Project MGMT.
Broad understanding of technology, operations

- and engineering processes

Business organizational experience
Cross functional process knowledge and tool knowledge on all ENG tools.
Change and Configuration Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Program Management skills (preferred PMI_PMP)
Quality Managemnt knowhow, based on ISO/IATF 16949 / ISO 900
ASPICE and ISO 26262 knowhow
SAP and PLM tool knowledge
PM or comparable Project Leader experience min. 5 years
58 years in Harman Automotive Program MGMT or Enginieering
Excellent communication skills to all levels of the organization
