Who you are
We are seeking an experienced Web3 Community Lead who will build the community foundation powering a future token. This role will primarily focus on establishing and fostering a vibrant and engaged community for the successful launch of the Token Generation Event (TGE). You will be responsible for steering and managing this community, serving as a driving force in realizing our innovative objectives. You will work closely with our team of product designers, marketers, and developers, as well as with our external partners and stakeholders. As a bonus, you will have the opportunity to work with our exceptional team here in our Hamburg headquarters.

What you will do:

Community strategy: Develop a strategy for the inception and nurturing of a community around our project from its inception, attracting users, developers, and other stakeholders and aligning them with our vision, goals, and underlying technology.

Community building and engagement: Establish and consistently nurture our community beyond the TGE, which may include organizing events, webinars, or similar initiatives to facilitate interaction between community members and our project team.

Communication and moderation: Utilise diverse social media platforms to promote our project and engage with the community regularly. Manage and moderate online forums, chat channels, and other community spaces to maintain a positive and respectful environment.

Advocacy: Encourage community members to become advocates for the project by offering incentives like token rewards for those who contribute positively to the growth and development of the project.

DAO governance: Formulate and drive ratification of community proposals. Identify and explore potential partnerships that can benefit both the community and the project as a whole.

What you have done:

Proven ability to nurture and drive engagement toward a vibrant web3 community on established web3 mediums incl. Discord, X/Twitter and Notion experience in the DePIN industry is a plus.
Experience in online marketing and marketing channels, incl. the ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics.
Experience in engaging power users and providing them with a platform.
Contribution and participation in DAO governance incl. formulating and driving the ratification of proposals.
Experience with discussion and voting platforms e.g. Discourse, Snapshot
Exceptional communication skills and a talent for creating engaging content.
Excellent verbal and writing skills and nativelevel proficiency in English.
