You support our team as

Finance Business Partner Europe (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:

Active participation in the newly formed Chem-Trend Europe Finance Business Partner Team

Internal Consulting:
Building strong partnerships between Controlling and other functional areas of the company

Supporting management in all strategic and business management issues, as well as collaboration in change management projects

Close cross-functional cooperation at the Maisach Site and at the Norderstedt Production Site

Central point of contact and intensive collaboration with our Finance Shared Services Center (SSC) in Porto

Implementation of change and efficiency projects with the aim of process optimization on a local and regional basis

Developing and establishing meaningful key figures and new analysis templates and tools for results management (business analytics / AI)

Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements as well as operational and strategic planning

Business evaluations as well as target/actual comparisons and ad hoc analyses as a basis for management decisions

Implementation of product cost calculation

Active support in the annual financial statements (IFRS / HGB) in cooperation with the SSC and the auditors Networking with all FCS Business Partners

Qualifications:

Competed degree in economics, specializing in finance / controlling

At least 3 years experience in controlling

Problem-solving oriented way of working

Confident and winning manner and a high degree of initiative

Independent, analytical and structured way of working with a high level of quality awareness

Very good written and spoken German and English skills

Strong knowledge of accounting in accordance with IFRS

Experience in the use of MS products, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Ideally initial practical experience with MS Power BI and Oracle Hyperion Financial Management
