We are "Procurement Pioneers". As the Procurement Development team, we break new ground and always have an eye on the future. We test and establish new negotiation strategies and tools in our global procurement community with over 150 colleagues. We learn and grow together in order to achieve the best negotiation results for Dr. Oetker today and tomorrow.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Procurement Negotiation Expert (M/F/d) you are a negotiation professional You have the knowwhy and knowhow to lead even the most difficult international negotiations to success.
With great motivation and at eye level, you challenge our organization and purchasing colleagues to take calculated negotiation risks and to jointly achieve better negotiation results.
You support and advise other purchasing colleagues with your distinctive tool, analysis and method competence with regard to their negotiations and always act as a consciously competent partner.
Value creation is your mission. In independently managed international projects you do not only focus on cost savings but go further. You ensure that after weighing all monetary and nonmonetary advantages and disadvantages, the best overarching solution for Dr. Oetker is selected and implemented.

WHAT YOU BRING

You are an absolute purchasing and negotiation professional with several years of practical experience and a proven "Negotiation Track-Record" in important and complex commodity groups.
You have successfully completed degree studies in business administration, specialising in procurement or in a comparable discipline.
You are a team player, but you can also lead an entire team out of the comfort zone with your communication skills and confident demeanor.
