TRAINEE HUMAN RESOURCES INTERNATIONAL IN PEOPLE EXPERIENCE (M/F/X)

Your tasks

Support definition of Employee Experience Strategy & Execution
Support deep dive Employee Experience projects around "Employee Journeys", and "Moments that Matter" and scale them globally
Track, measure and analyze success

Your profile

Graduation (Bachelor or Master) in (business) psychology, social science, informatics, media & communication, language & cultural science, Human Resources or economy before October 1st, 202
First professional experience (up to 3 years) in the area of User Experience Design, Workshop Facilitation, Project Management; experiences in Startups or Employee/People Experience area and experiences as Trainer/Facilitator are a benefit
Fluent English skills, German is nice to have
Selfmotivated team player with can do attitude [Professional requirements open to change]
Very good communication skills and a creative head with sense of humor and empathy [Professional requirements open to change]
High level of organizational skills and owninitiative [Professional requirements open to change]
