Trainer, Client Services & Care

OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Trainer to join our international Client Services & Care teams.

The Trainer will develop, maintain and deliver Client Service & Care as well as product specific training content, concepts, processes as well as frequent professional trainings for clients and employees through various channels.

You'll enjoy this role if you love helping clients, new starters and existing staff to quickly onboard and further develop, share process and product knowledge as well as best practices through optimized training concepts and methodologies, maintain efficient knowledge across different international teams, while ensuring optimal levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.


Our award-winning, certified Client Services & Care teams directly impact business goals through providing feedback to business, product development teams, operations and driving customer success.


THE CHALLENGE:


  • Become an expert on Sportradar's products, services and processes.
  • Develop and implement modern and efficient onboarding and training concepts utilizing modern tools and technology (e.g. eAcademy, Assitbots, selfservice portals etc.).
  • Conduct individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs.
  • Develop and maintain training content for different products.
  • Assess employees' skills, performance and productivity in close cooperation with the Client Services Managers to identify areas of improvement.
  • Drive Sportradar values and philosophy through all training and development activities.
  • Work closely together with Product Managers, HR and other stakeholders.
  • Design, develop and maintain all materials for trainings including knowledge base, handouts as well as manuals in close cooperation with the relevant product teams.
  • Develop and maintain certification courses for key areas to attain different levels of proficiency in product and process training.
  • Keep abreast of training trends, developments and best practices.

YOUR PROFILE:


  • BA in Business Administration or similar education
  • Intermediate analytical skills
  • High interest in and understanding of international B2B client support and communication
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Very good English skills both written and oral C1 Level, any other language would be a plus
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to solve problems logically and critically
  • A good understanding and working knowledge of the internet, technical concepts (e.g. you understand terms like XML, API, browser, cache, HTML)
