Your Tasks:
Define, implement and control the execution of a functional strategy in area of responsibility
Manage Crop Energies Biobased Chemical operations in all its economic and social dimensions.
Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth,implementing business line wide goal setting, performance management and operations planning.
Monitor, steer and optimize the business lines technical and operational activities (HSE, Quality, Production, Maintenance, Investments) and develop a business excellence approach
- Develop, implement, and monitor daytoday operational systems and processes to provide visibility into the goals, progress, and obstacles of key initiatives
- Close relationships with all business line heads to make decisions regarding operational activity and secure the economic objectives
- Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for daytoday operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
- Devise strategies for ensuring the growth of programs business line enterprisewide, and implement process improvements to maximize output and minimize costs
- Adhere to the company's policies and standards, and ensure that laws and regulations are being followed
- Secure plant reliability by implementing a common maintennance approach and integrated overhaul planning Secure a safe and sustainable production in all plants
- Secure the quality and the quantity of the products according to plan and specification
- Development and implementation of operational excellence approach and a KPI approach in all facilities.
- Secure implementation of best practices and new technologies in the area of responsibility
- Development and implentattion of the Investment and Maintenance strategy for the Biobased Chemical business based on CropEnergies and SZ Group guidelines.
- Work closely with Human Resources to lead the team with integrity and to establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment
Your Profile:
Functional & technical skills
- 10 years in a senior leadership role in a field related to our industry
- Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including SHE matters, project managment, production, maintenance and employee management
- Strong working knowledge of using business management software and Microsoft office products
Soft skills & competencies
- Masterful organizational, communication, and leadership skills, backed by previous professional success
- Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity
- Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legal guidelines. Expirience to manage industrial emmergency crisis or communication crisis.
- Fluent english skills
