- Überwachung und Sicherstellung eines störungsfreien Betriebes der SAP-Landschaften unserer Kunden
- Regelmäßige Pflege und Wartung, Durchführung von System- und Mandantenkopien
- Planung und Durchführung von Updates / Upgrades – auch für SAP-unterstützte Betriebssysteme und Datenbanken
- Planung und Durchführung von SAP-Releasewechseln oder heterogenen Migrationen von SAP-Systemen
- Beratung und Maßnahmenumsetzung im Bereich SAP Security
- Implementierung und Konfiguration des SAP Solution Managers
- Troubleshooting und Performanceanalysen im gesamten Kontext der SAP-Basis
- Unterstützung in (Teil-)Projekten zur Implementierung neuer SAP-Technologien (z. B. S/4HANA, BW/4HANA etc.)
- Abgeschlossene IT-orientierte Ausbildung, z. B. zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) oder IT-Systemelektroniker (m/w/d) bzw. ein vergleichbares Studium, z. B. im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Software-Engineering – ist wünschenswert, aber auch ein Quereinstieg ist mit entsprechenden Fachkenntnissen möglich.
- Umfassende Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in SAP-Basis-Themen, z. B. SAP-Technologie und Architektur, HANA, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, Fiori, heterogene Migrationen, Upgrades, Konvertierungen, Systemkopien, Solution Manager, SAP Security (Zertifizierungen sind wünschenswert)
- Fundiertes Know-how im Hinblick auf relationale Datenbanken (Oracle, DB2, MS SQL, MaxDB oder Sybase) und sicherer Umgang mit Betriebssystemen, wie AIX, Linux oder Windows
- Orientierung an "Good Practices" (ITIL V3 oder Prince2)
- Erfahrungen im Umgang mit der ISO 27001 und mit einschlägigen Zertifizierungsprozessen
- Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung, Teamfähigkeit, analytische Herangehensweise bei Problemen sowie Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit Deutschkenntnissen auf Level C1 (oder besser)
