Propulsion Test Engineer (M/F/d)Your Tasks
- Design and build test setups and test benches for propulsion systems
- Handson setup of test benches and necessary testing infrastructure
- Test specialized pneumatic, electrical and mechanical systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Develop test procedures and analyze test results
- Support the development of new propulsion design based on real test data
- Align resources to accomplish key objectives, assign clear accountability for important objectives
- Use various testing, analysis, modelling and simulation tools to estimate or calculate system performance
- Create technical documentation
- Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Engineering or related discipline
- 3+ years work experience in space or aeronautical systems
- Experience in operating and maintaining pneumatic and hydraulic components
- Practical, handson experience from electrical or mechanical projects (through university, personal or professional)
- Strong understanding of sensor systems
- NI instrumentation/Labview knowledge is advantageous
- Handson workshop experience is beneficial
- Fluent English oral and written (all daytoday activities are performed in English)
