Tasks

You will:

Ensure that the entire organization complies with relevant laws and regulations at all times
Provide competent legal advice with a focus on all facets of real estate law and litigation
Support with M&A transactions (acquisitions, divestments, mergers, etc.) including deal structuring, drafting of documents, conducting due diligence, negotiations, signing, closing and postclosing
Draft, negotiate and manage workflows in connection with multiple ongoing transactions simultaneously
Negotiate Partnership deals and contracts with external service providers
Provide legal support for Home's international expansion and other strategic initiatives
Act as an interface to other departments (e.g., Finance, HR, Product, Marketing) to ensure the company receives reliable, pragmatic and commercial legal advice to meet business needs
Coordinate external legal advisors

Requirements:

Your past work shows:

Fully qualified lawyer (2. judicial state exam), ideally with 46 years of work experience in an inhouse position or as an attorney at law; experience in a tech company is advantageous
Proven ability to deliver robust, wellreasoned and practical advice and to provide daytoday support as a trusted business partner
Strong analytical skills that allow you to quickly and efficiently prioritize, manage and multitask in a fastmoving environment
Expertise in litigation and real estate mandatory
M&A, GDPR and consumer protection law is a plus
Team player with excellent command of English, both written and verbal
Ability to maintain effective working relationships throughout the business as well as with external service providers and stakeholders
