What will your role be?


The Senior Solutions Architects' primary role is to become Cloudreach evangelists who act as trusted advisors, are solution focused and commercially minded and provide a unified customer experience with sufficient technology depth.

They are responsible for all pre-sales assets and proposal writing as well as liaising with our partners on technical matters.

What are we looking for?- Creativity - Is able to design solutions to identified customer requirements and with bespoke elements.- Communication - Actively listens, good at telling stories, articulates clearly and concisely with internal and external peers and senior stakeholders.

Able to simplify complex topics to diverse audiences. Communicates persuasively and influences.

Is effective in formal and informal presentation settings:
on-on one and larger groups. Good EQ skills.- Writing - Written communication is clear, well structured and easy to understand. Able to write complex required responses to customer needs.

Convinces audiences with a clear purpose and narrative - does not just explain.- Numeracy - Models and prices projects with complex, custom requirements.

May need to create and explain financial models to assist with business cases.- Teamwork - Works independently and/or within a small team, occasionally leading and mentoring other colleagues.

Able to hold self accountable.- Adaptable - Ready to work on large, diverse challenges often at short notice, often with incomplete information, sometimes requiring plausible assumptions.- Time Management - Self-motivated, proactive and highly effective, leading or working on multiple concurrent projects.

Has a strong ability to work under pressure - meets required, often tight deadlines.

Uses qualification, prioritisation and expectation management to manage workload.- Product & Offering Knowledge / Articulation of Value - Understands and can effectively communicate the value provided by Cloudreach and partner products or services represented.

Able to talk about the technology and the interrelationship between the products and services.- Business Knowledge - Understands role and motivations of wider client business operations.- Industry and Technical Expertise - Expert knowledge of the current cloud industry and technical trends therein.- Continuous Learning - Achieves personal development by means such as webinars, CSP training days, self-learning, reading, analyst reports, conferences.- Demo: Able to use CSP and Cloudreach knowledge to build demos.- Recognised knowledge of at least one or more CSP Platforms (for example: passing Pro Level Cert)- Recognised domain knowledge with a CSP in an industry vertical (e.g.

Financial) or topic area (e.g. Data, Managed Services)- Recognised SME knowledge of at least one Cloudreach Service Line- Understand and always uses "Command Of The Message" approach

Experience Required

Typically Bachelor's degree with several years of related professional experience and demonstrable success 1 pro level certification.
