You have successfully completed your master's degree and now you want to kickstart your career - preferably in an international environment.

During our management trainee program, you will quickly assume responsibility for your tasks in the KION Robotic Systems Development team with a focus on Systems Engineering.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Tasks

You will work intensively on the systems development of
KION's robotic solutions and the
associated architectures and
concepts by following a
SystemofSystems approach combining the physical world (mobile robots and its ECOsystem like handover or charging stations,) as well as automation control SW solutions (traffic/order management, analytics tools, etc.) running in the Cloud
You will closely
collaborate with different teams of robotic solutions and related departments to understand
all phases of the Vmodel
You will collect and analyze
business requirements analysis and complete other necessary steps up to
system testing extended with
roadmapping and
series support
You will interact with
stakeholders for our solutions from production, sales, service, and commissioning
During the program you will learn about technology and competence areas in
Intralogistics and
Supply-ChainSolutions, Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning technologies, robotics, (modelbased)
systems engineering and
simulations

Qualifications

You have a
master's degree in
engineering, systems development / engineering, or computer science and are now keen to get practical experience
You have
professional working proficiency in English enabling you to communicate with stakeholders and our global development teams; German language skills are needed as well
You have already acquired
international experience and are excited by the prospect of a placement abroad for several months as part of the trainee program
You have
strong IT skills —you use
MS Office in particular, daily and have knowledge of relevant
development tools for systems modeling (SysML), requirements management, version control, and HW, mechatronics or SW development
You are a
team player with strong communication skills, and you are keen to
take on responsibility and to work with a high level of
initiative to achieve results you can be proud of
