Beschreibung
Your mission:
- As contact person for our new and existing customers, you will look to build long and lasting relationships with them to sure optimum customer satisfaction
- Processing incoming customer enquiries by telephone and via the ticket system
- You are responsible for the maintenance and control of your customers' inventory data.
- You communicate with our suppliers and service providers and ensure a smooth workflow
- Preparation of evaluations and statistics
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training or equivalent level of education
- Initial experience in customer service is desirable
- Your strengths include teamwork and communication skills
- You keep calm in stressful situations and manage to achieve a positive result for the customer with your friendly and patient manner.
- Confident communication and expression skills in German and English
