Your mission:


  • As contact person for our new and existing customers, you will look to build long and lasting relationships with them to sure optimum customer satisfaction
  • Processing incoming customer enquiries by telephone and via the ticket system
  • You are responsible for the maintenance and control of your customers' inventory data.
  • You communicate with our suppliers and service providers and ensure a smooth workflow
  • Preparation of evaluations and statistics

Your profile:


  • Completed commercial training or equivalent level of education
  • Initial experience in customer service is desirable
  • Your strengths include teamwork and communication skills
  • You keep calm in stressful situations and manage to achieve a positive result for the customer with your friendly and patient manner.
  • Confident communication and expression skills in German and English
