What you'll do:

Selection of building blocks for the HR landscape in alignment with Enterprise Architects
Monitoring and orchestrating the integration scenarios according to the guiding integration principles
Documentation of the current situation and development of the optimized solution architecture
Assessment of requirements and proposing solution alternatives
Supervising the overall integration solution architecture for HR (including interfaces to other systems and tools, e.g. for authorization) and assuring that these are conform to the overarching strategy
Interface with Enterprise Architects, HRIT team and vendors to drive technical solutions, estimate work efforts, define milestones and provide hands on technical leadership

Who you are:

You are an excellent communicator in written and speech and sovereignly perform stakeholder management on all levels
You have a proven track record of designing and deploying IT solutions for human resources for largescale enterprises
You have a strong and thorough ability to solve problems, as well as the analytical knowledge to identify them
You are familiar with the usage of analytics tools on both, the database

- and visualization side

You have excellent knowledge in the area of HR architecture across cloud and onpremise solutions and interfaces
You are fluent in English
