Global Mobility Business Partner

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Coordinate and resolve Global Mobility related issues (be single point of contact, elaborate custom delegation concepts, handle critical issue management etc.)
  • Advice the business on immigration, corporate & personal income taxes, social security
  • Guide through myriad of compliance complexities
  • Manage partners and be link between Business and corporate functions.
  • Lead ongoing digitalization project
  • Interact proactively with external service providers

What You Bring

  • University degree in economics, law, business administration, international management or equivalent.
  • Several years working experience in international project management Ideally, experience in Global Mobility or international tax law
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Excellent English language skills, additional languages are a plus.
  • Global awareness and ability to work well with others in an international team environment
  • Experience in working with multiple partners and ability to work in a matrix organization
  • You have great problemsolving and critical thinking skills. You are open for changes, solution oriented, pragmatic, and agile
  • Competent in the use of MS Office and Windowsbased software, as well as online tools

About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
