- Ständige Beobachtung des Marktes (Händlerkontakte, Desk Research) zur Erstellung von Analysen und zum Erkennen von Stärken, Schwächen und Möglichkeiten
- Produktpositionierung, Sortimentsaufbau und -Pflege sowie laufende Optimierung des lokalen Produkt-Sortiments, gestützt durch Firmen- und Marktbezogene Management Dashboards
- Erstellung von Marktanalysen und der Marketingpläne sowie Mitarbeit an der Budget- und Forecast Planung, ständige Kontrolle hinsichtlich Abweichungen
- Monatliche Umsatzanalyse, -reporting und Verkaufsplanung
- Planung und Umsetzung von Above the Line und Below the Line Kommunikationsmaßnahmen
- Planung, Entwicklung und Durchführung von Verkaufsförderungsmaßnahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Vertrieb und Verkaufsförderung sowie den Agenturen (produkt- und kundenbezogen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Key Account und Category Manager)
- Unterstützung der Key Account Manager bei der Betreuung einiger ausgewählter Großkunden
- Planung und Mitgestaltung von Außendiensttagungen und Endverbrauchermessen
- Abgeschlossenes BWL-Studium mit Schwerpunkt Marketing
- Erfahrung im Bereich Produkt Management, Vertriebserfahrung von Vorteil
- Analytisches, konzeptionelles Denken und Handeln
- MS-Office Paket, SAP R/3
- Erfahrung in Planung und Realisierung verkaufsfördernder Maßnahmen
- Sicheres Auftreten, Teamplayer
- Durchsetzungsvermögen und Überzeugungskraft
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
