Job Description:

You get a broad as well as a deep
overview of middleware, protocol stacks that are used / applicable to various domains such as automotive, industry, agriculture.
You gather an
overview of existing solutions.
You
create landscape pictures summarizing the research and making the
primary use case as well as
specialities transparent.
You
define criterias for comparison and evaluation.
You
evaluate the middlewares with the help of the previously defined criterias.
You make a
suggestion which solution would be a good fit in which scenario.

Qualifications:

-
Personality & work style: Team player with good communication and visualization skills, structured and solution-oriented working method combined with high quality awareness and independence
-
Experience & know how: Basic knowledge in the area of embedded Linux and C++ software development, middleware and Ethernet-based protocols such as Websocket or MQTT
-
Education: Students of Computer Science or a comparable field of study

Languages: Very good German or English skills

Start:
immediately / by arrangement

Duration: - 6 months

Prerequisite for the internship or student employment is enrolment at a german university.
