E.ON Energy Networks Graduate you will have the opportunity to discover and drive the
E.ON Group's departments, specifically in the Energy Networks area, over 24 months starting in
June 2023.

Across the 2-year programme, you'll receive
- hands-on learning and expert guidance,
- different placements in Energy Networks units across Germany (Link) and Europe (e.g. in Malmö, Prague, Warsaw) and one cross-functional placement,
- global insights into E.ON's business,
- specific Energy Networks topics with national and international focus (Regulation, Market Steering & Business Development, Research & Development, IT & Digital initiatives, Asset Management, operative technical and commercial tasks, etc.)
- the chance to connect with a global network,
- as well as an unlimited employment contract, right from the beginning.


Your
Profile

  • Above average Master's degree in the areas of Engineering, Natural & Computer Sciences or Economics with preferably a focus in Energy Networks or a respective Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Ideally international experience staying abroad in the form of exchange semesters, internships, or volunteer work
- lnterest in solving energy industry challenges on an international scale with an entrepreneurial and innovative mindset

  • Ideally initial handson experience in the energy or digital sector and determined to drive your own development forward
  • Ability to build meaningful and strong relationships with relevant interfaces and strong networking skills
  • Strong solution
- and customer-oriented thinking with excellent analytical and communication skills

  • Appreciate working in diverse teams, demonstrating an open and inclusive mindset
  • Fluent in English and good communication level in German, especially when working in German regional units
  • An already existing residence permit and work visa for Germany are not necessarily required
