Beschreibung
Responsibilities:
- Timely preparation of the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to HGB and processing accounting issues
- Processing of special accounting cases
- Monitoring and control of the assets, earnings and financial position of the company, preparation of forecasts and budgets
- Preparation of the monthly advance VAT returns and the annual VAT return as well
- Contact person for further tax matters
- Close contact to the contact persons in the group as well as to external tax consultants and auditors and authorities
- Reporting to the management
Qualifications:
- Successfully completed business studies with a focus on finance and accounting or similar.
- Sound professional experience in the financial sector of a manufacturing company in an international context.
- Very good knowledge of Excel
- Confidence in tax and accounting issues
- Very good knowledge of HGB accounting
- Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
- Structured, independent and responsible way of working
- Fluent in German and English
