We are excited to announce multiple openings to support new services for the existing and future EU Space Programmes (Galileo, EGNOS, SSA, Copernicus, GOVSATCOM, IRIS2).

We are seeking dynamic and experienced individuals who are passionate about working at the forefront of the space sector in the field of coordination and management of the operational users.


Security

Your tasks and responsibilities:


  • Contribute to security operation activities:
  • Support in the training and certification of operational users for Galileo and other Space Programmes
  • Coordinate operational users to Programme activities such as Service validation of new service milestones and service evolutions
  • Contribute to the organisation and execution of consultation sessions and workshops with Operational users
  • Support EUSPA in Public Regulated Service (PRS) related activities
  • Operate helpdesk and develop operator interfaces:
  • Support the SST (Space Surveillance and Tracking) and GSC (GNSS Service Centre) helpdesk operations.
  • Develop of helpdesk tools e.g. ticketing system and performance reporting tools
  • Support the Taskforce in charge of communication and coordination of responses in critical operations
  • Develop Service Provision interfaces (e.g. SST Portal, EU-GNSS Portal).

Your profile:


  • A university degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil), Computer Science, or a related technical field
  • Experience in coordinating and operating helpdesk services, in particular in EU Space Programmes
  • Knowledge in helpdesk tools development
  • Teamwork and analytical skills
  • Willingness to travel several days per month
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; other languages would be preferred
