Chaberton Professionals, a division of Chaberton Partners dedicated to the research and selection of Middle Management profiles is currently looking for a Account Executive - Germany for an Italian high-growth scale-up.
Our client is a recognized B2B technology company with a strong international team and a rapidly expanding market presence.Following successful growth across multiple European markets, the company is now entering the German market.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the entire sales process, including prospecting, solution presentation, product demonstrations, negotiation, and deal closing.
Develop new business opportunities in the German market, with a strong focus on client acquisition and pipeline expansion.
Analyze prospects' needs and define value-driven proposals aligned with their strategic priorities.
Gather structured market feedback and collaborate with internal teams to support the continuous improvement of the company's offering.
Profile
- 3 years of experience in sales roles, preferably within B2B technology or highgrowth environments.
Strong results orientation, proactive mindset, and commitment to continuous learning.
A background in law or prior exposure to the legal sector will be considered a plus.
Fluency in both German and English.
