We are currently seeking an Idea-to-product Process & Systems Expert (x|f|m) for our LPS Marketing business based at our headquarters in Goettingen, Germany (Sartorius Lab Instruments GmbH & Co.

KG).

In this position, you will play a critical role within the Idea to Product Business Process Improvements Team to ensure effective data management and quality.

Your
tasks

  • Serve as business systems and processes expert within the LPS Idea to Product Business Processes and Improvements Team
  • Representation of business needs for processes related to product releases and engineering changes in SAP
  • Ensure divisional NPI project teams understand and adhere to SAP master data set processes and standards to enable successful global and local product launches
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development stakeholders to identify gaps, lead improvement opportunities aimed to simplify, accelerate and streamline Idea to Product and PLM processes
  • Support to develop and implement KPI's to measure process efficiency and data quality, provide reporting
  • Work with master data teams to resolve data errors related to existing and new products to implement errorproofing solutions
  • Partner with other corporate and divisional colleagues to serve as a strong LPS advocate on corporate projects
  • Contribute to integrations for newly acquired businesses as needed: act as PLM workstream lead/member, coordinate internal and external resources, work according to post merger integration scheme
  • Serve as change agent / trainer during new Idea to Product process deployments

Your
qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or sciences.
  • Knowledge of Product Life Cycle Management processes
  • SAP deployment experience is beneficial
  • Proven years of practical product development experience as a project manager or technical lead is required
  • Strong leadership and attention to detail required must be able to work both independently and effectively with multiple departments and levels
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in English and German, written and verbal
  • PMP certification and/or Lean Six Sigma certification a plus
  • Willingness to travel internationally (~10%)
