Your tasks

  • Support the Marketing & Sales Platforms team members in their daily tasks around internal digital system communication and administration especially the CRM system
  • Engage in the preparation, execution and followup of quarterly CRMsystem release meetings
  • Support the team in the feature release planning process and other projects around the CRM system
  • Take over endtoend responsibility of the internal CRM system handbook as main source of user training
  • Get creative and refine the training video concept for the CRM system within DHL Supply Chain
  • Shape internal communication channels and enable CRM user selfservice

Your qualifikations

  • Bachelor degree in business administration, marketing, communications or a related field of study
  • First experiences in corporate marketing and communications through internships desirable
  • First experiences with CRM systems (esp. Salesforce) desirable
  • High proactivity in approaching various stakeholders with different professional background
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Reliable team player with an independent and structured way of working
