  • You ensure production
- and cost-oriented engineering of standard-machines in the regional and global engineering-teams

  • You develop and set global standards for the Engineering of Machines in alignment with the NETZSCH Operating System
  • You ensure the output of engineering and further development of the process on the basis of KPIs in alignment with the regional management
  • You identify and develop keypeople globally working in Engineering, train and coach local leading functions
  • You continuously identify and eliminate waste in Engineering
  • You actively support the culture of NETZSCH within the global team by diversifying and activating the team as driver for innovation
  • You define the X-Matrix, which includes identifying PIPs, TTIs, and Actionplans
  • You achieve the global objectives

Qualifications

  • You have a degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
  • You have several years of demonstrable professional and management experience
  • You are characterized by an independent, structured and analytical way of working
  • You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • You have experience in global standardization and harmonization of systems as well as the associated change management in a matrix structure
  • You are business fluent in German and English
