The team for you to join

For our ambitious and high performing QA team in Rheinbreitbach, we are looking for a QA Specialist (m,f,d). Working in the Food Safety and Quality Assurance Team at CH HMO, you take an active role in ensuring that the Quality and Food Safety of our product is at the expected level, when reaching our customers. This will be done in close corporation with your colleagues and stakeholders._

What would your role look like?

QA Partner for relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance quality management system
Support new product implementations
Conduct risk and food safety assessments
Key user for quality management system
Handling of complaints, deviations and change control requests
Support certification and registration processes
Support verification and validation activities
Coaches front line managers regarding quality and food safety
Formalizes and maintain process thru clear and simple procedures

Who are we looking for?

You hold a Bachelor's degree of Science or Engineering and/or you have a minimum of 5 years of working experience in the agricultural, food, feed or silage industry.

Furthermore, you have:

Experience in quality assurance and project management
Experience in risk analysis and risk management
Experience in the agricultural, food, feed or silage sector preferred
Business fluent in English + German
Excellent communication skills to guide and challenge employees and managers at all levels of the organization
Problemsolving and customeroriented quality mindset.
Independent working attitude and strong time management skills
