What to expect:

You assess our operations and (business) figures with insight and expertise, and you subsequently establish the desired image, the IT architectural strategy, and the accompanying development plan.
You make sure that enterprise data management is firmly established within the IT organisation as well as the departments.
By doing this, you build the best technical foundation for datadriven corporate management and, along the way, you firmly persuade all relevant parties of the viability of your idea.
We count on you to be able to fully comprehend and organise the technical specifications for the functional implementation of the reference architecture.
You decide what initiatives and actions are required to accomplish medium

- and long-term objectives in close collaboration with the CTO and CIO.

You will collaborate closely with the IT architecture and sourcing team as you put the roadmap into action.
You will discover crossdepartmental synergies, encourage innovations, and search for original ways to incorporate new technology and goods.

Requirements:

Successfully completed coursework in a scientific field, business informatics, or computer science
Detailed knowledge of the banking industry's many procedures, including how they are mapped out and processed technically in the context of the software landscape
Experience starting IT change projects and implementing projects with different departments
Alternatively, or joyfully, additional knowledge of data transformation initiatives in banks or businesses, preferably from the consultancy industry
Many years of professional experience in a complex, heterogeneous environment expanding and transforming the software landscape of organisations and/or consulting on IT strategy
Adept in interacting with stakeholders at all levels of management
Familiar with enterprise architecture management and the corresponding (agile) approaches and frameworks
Extremely knowledgeable about the state of the art in the field of IT and digitisation today
