We are looking for someone to join the enkelfähig Academy Team.

The enkelfähig Academy serves as a nucleus for the cultural change and capability building within the Haniel Group, offering training opportunities for individuals at as well as consulting and offering customized learning support for teams and organization within the Haniel Group.

The academy is part of the Haniel Operating Way (HOW) team, which combines multiple functions (such as Talent, Lean and others) shaping the unique Haniel Operating Model steering the management of all companies under the Haniel Banner.

We are looking for a Student Trainee Training and Development who helps us developing the academy.

Your Tasks

You will help managing and delivering training and workshop sessions for employees within the Haniel Group.
You contribute to designing new learning solutions based on customer needs.
You create content to advertise and share news on the enkelfähig Academy inside the Haniel organization and beyond.
You contribute to projects and take responsibility yourself within the enkelfähig Academy.
You support building a virtual infrastructure and platform for the Academy.

Your Profile

You study in the fields of economics, marketing, or education.
You are confident in working in an English-speaking team, knowledge of German an advantage, but not a requirement.
Ideally you have some exposure to the field of training and development.
You feel comfortable structuring and driving work and projects on your own.
You have a natural talent for digital tools such as graphic or video editing tools and MS-Office.
