Your role

We are looking for an analytical and data-driven Marketing allrounder to lead our 3-person marketing team and bring our marketing activities to the next level.

What does that mean?

You will

Define a strong B2B SaaS marketing strategy to support our growth
Define ROI logics and drive SEA marketing accordingly
Plan, execute, and monitor SEO strategies to boost organic reach
Analyze and optimize CRM activities and automations using HubSpot as our central tool
Oversee content production
Work crossfunctionally with teams, such as Sales, Customer Consulting, and Tech

What we like

A passionate and experienced leader, who enjoys building and creating
Several years of B2B marketing expertise, preferably with SaaS products
Experience from working in a fastpaced environment, such as a start up or scale up
Profound knowledge of technical CRM, especially HubSpot, with experience in using CRM systems
Indepth expertise in SEO and a proven track record of increasing organic reach
Strong analytical skills to make databased decisions and evolve marketing strategies
Excellent communication and teamwork skills in both German and English
