Job Description

As a working student (f/m/d) People & Culture you will be an active part in shaping new processes and projects in a fast-growing startup.

Whether it's supporting recruiting and employer branding, working on performance management projects, or helping with the onboarding of new employees, your tasks are varied and exciting.

You will contribute to the development of the world's most innovative company for battery technology by
- actively participating in different projects and taking over the associated communication with the stakeholders.
- supporting with operational tasks, for example by adding new employees to the personnel management system and continuously updating the data of existing employees.
- helping to review resumes and coordinating job interviews.
- actively assisting employees during their onboarding.
- participating in the planning of internal and external events and thereby positively represent instagrid internally and externally.

Requirements:

You are studying business administration, international management, marketing, human resources management, psychology or a comparable course of study.
You were able to gain initial experience in human resources during an internship or working student job.
You work in a structured, independent and reliable manner.
You can communicate in German and English without any problems.
You want to work in a young and motivated team.
