Come and join our global Marketing team based in Munich

As a working student in Channel Marketing (M/F/d), you will play a key role in defining and implementing joint marketing activities with our focus partners.

This part time position is for a fixed term of 6 months, working up to 20 hours per week during term time.

In this role you will work closely with the local channel team, sales team, and local and global marketing functions, learning about Mimecast, our culture, as well as modern marketing tools and processes.

All channel marketing activities aim to strengthen partnerships by achieving measurable success (leads, pipeline, awareness) through a wide variety of campaigns (events, webinars, social media, telemarketing).

What You'll Be Doing:

Developing and implementing targeted marketing activities in collaboration with our channel sales team and our focus channel partners.
Organize and execute events and webinars with partners.
Create and manage marketing materials and content relevant to Mimecast partners.
Regular reporting and feedback on campaigns (ROI).
Monitoring of the MDF process (Market Development Funds).
Daily use of relevant marketing tools (Salesforce, MDF tool, social media).
Collaboration with global marketing teams and regular participation in international calls on channel marketing topics.

What You'll Bring:

Currently studying for a Master's degree (M/F/d) or Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration or a related field.
First professional experience in marketing and/or in the IT/security industry.
Business fluent in written and spoken German and English.
Very good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Creativity and innovative spirit in developing new marketing ideas.
Strong organizational skills, experience in event management.
