About the Role:
By joining our Demand Generation team as Video Content Creator, you will build and take ownership of the Video Production process.
You will build the foundations of our YouTube presence, and be at the forefront of our video marketing - working on podcast and product videos.
You will have the chance to put your own creative spin on all things video
The Demand Generation team educate the market, at scale, on the problems with having outdated accounting workflows and processes, and showcase Candis as a solution.
You will be a huge part in the events put on by the Demand Generation team throughout the year, ensuring that the audio and visual elements of the event are executed flawlessly, and making the experience memorable for guests and viewers.
You will be building our YouTube channel and audience from scratch and will have the opportunity to bring out your creative side with entertaining, fun videos.
About You:
You have a creative mind and show great attention to detail when it comes to video, audio, and aesthetics.
You are passionate about all things from pre-production to shooting and editing videos and ready to take ownership of our video production process and YouTube channel.
In this role you'll have the creative freedom to experiment, which means occasionally stepping out of your comfort zone and trying new things.
This isn't something that scares you - in fact it excites you You will be joining a cross-functional team, so it's also important that you thrive in a collaborative environment.
The Demand Generation team work closely together and love bouncing ideas off one another.In short:
You are an expert in all things video, possess a keen sense of musicality, and love what you do.
You have created or maintained a YouTube Channel in the past. You're collaborative and enjoy cutting content and presenting it to an audience in an entertaining manner.What Will Best Equip You for This Role:
- You have strong communication skills in both German and English in order to produce, cut, and understand videos filmed in German, as well as collaborate with your English-speaking colleagues.
- You are an expert in Adobe After Effects, Premier Pro, and Audition, and skilled at using these tools to create highquality video content.
- You are willing to travel occasionally, and you also have experience setting up and operating audio and visual equipment. (You will be filming new content at our very own events)
- Accounting and/or financial services knowledge would also be beneficial, but is not a must
